Policy

At Fresh Nails & Day Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service, cleanliness, and customer care. Our mission is to create a relaxing experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

1. Service & Refund Policy

We have a No Refund Policy for all salon services.
If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us during your appointment or within 48 hours of your visit.

If management approves a complimentary corrective service, it must be scheduled within five (5) days of your original appointment.

  • Manicures: Not guaranteed, but we offer a complimentary polish touch-up for any chips reported within 24 hours.
  • Gel & Dip Powder Services: Complimentary repairs available within seven (7) days of your original service. Please call our front desk with your technician’s name and appointment date.
  • Unopened retail products may be returned within seven (7) days with the original receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Complimentary corrections only apply to technician error. Changes in color or design preference are not covered.

2. Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, contact our front desk. We will do our best to accommodate you, but service completion may not be guaranteed for late arrivals.

3. Payment Methods

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Fresh Nails Gift Certificates.

We do not accept checks or unapproved payment methods.

4. Gift Card & Voucher Policy

  • No Cash Redemption: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used for cash advances.
  • Expiration: Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat your gift card as cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Non-Cancellable: Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.
  • Cardholder Responsibility: You are responsible for the safekeeping and use of your card.

5. Personal Belongings

Fresh Nails & Day Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Please handle nail polish and products carefully and double-check that you have all items before leaving the salon.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, please:

  • Clearly communicate the service you would like to receive.
  • Inform our staff of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.
  • Provide feedback during your appointment so adjustments can be made immediately.
  • Notify the manager if you have any concerns about the service, staff, or environment.
  • Contact us right away if you experience any signs of infection or abnormal reaction after your visit.
